As the sole GP working alongside up to 9-10 non-dr practitioners, I refuse to be a liability sponge for appalling policy decisions any longer🚨🚨🚨
What’s been done (at HUGE cost) is unbelievably irresponsible, unsafe & makes unreasonable demands on staff.

Constant talk of increasing productivity is just farcical while printers have been removed from clinical rooms, Drs are banned from drug cupboards & computer systems are as un-user friendly as they can possibly be!

Why is no one listening to the ppl seeing the patients?

It may work in a less busy location. But in an UTC built right beside a major teaching hospital A+E & situated between the university, a major football ground & a city centre, it is absolute madness!

I’ve repeatedly offered my free time (unpaid) to help sort out the many issues needing urgent attention.
But NO ONE is listening & NO ONE seems to care 💔
So w/ a heavy heart & a tear in my eye I’ve had to walk away.
Patients & staff deserve much better @jamesmurray_ldn!
