Can you advise why I can't cancel an order when the delivery date has changed to Jan-May 2025?

I've been waiting on a delivery all day,I've tracked it,watched the delivery van pull up outside my house and then leave,got a notification saying it was delivered through my letterbox which is an absolute lie

how essential is this? You need to take these products down.

It was essential the phone you said it was going to be delivered on the 18 of November, then the 23 then the 26, and now the 31 of Jan. I needed a phone ASAP and I trusted you to deliver. After 2 times your customer service told "don't worry sir, it is on its way", i am waiting

How many products do you destroy that don't get sold??
