I accidentally closed my main account while trying to close a duplicate and lost access to all my Kindle purchases. I contacted support immediately, but I was told the account can't be reopened. I have lost all the books I have paid for. No longer a customer #kindle

Pray. My story in the last few days: I buy a phone £254 (originally £449). You miss the delivery date and I contact you. Your CS says don't worry, it's coming 5 days max. it didn't. Then it's coming in another 4 days, didn't. The phone goes up £299, you offer refund and £20. Joke

Great @Amazon UK. Ordered 2 items. Not til 5:10pm you advise they won’t be delivered until “tomorrow”. I can come back on Monday for a refund if they don’t! A time? I don’t want a refund I want my items. Could’ve got a £ match elsewhere if I’d known you were going to let me down.

Hey @AmazonUK why do I still have to have phone sex with your agents? My only issue now is half your team say it’s policy and the other half hang up the phone saying I’m not allowed to do those things and no one listens to why is my complaint for sexual harassment being ignored

@AmazonUK But OK if they deliver on the promised date. Supposes to be today and no notifications by email or account of any issues. I'll order elsewhere but will have to pay £30 more now for guaranteed next day delivery after now being forced to have the order refunded
