Booker, Kennedy Launch Bipartisan Senate Creators Caucus September 16, 2026 WASHINGTON, D.C. booker.senate.gov/news/press…

BIG news for YouTube creators: Washington is finally starting to treat content creation like the massive industry it has become. Senators Cory Booker and John Kennedy are leading a new bipartisan Creators Caucus, giving creators an actual voice in the conversations that shape how they earn money and protect their work. This industry generates hundreds of billions of dollars, yet creators have had almost no representation where the rules are written. Monetization, taxes, AI stealing people’s likenesses, and the future of online businesses are now officially part of the conversation in Congress. This is a much bigger deal than most creators realize.

All I wish for now is to wake up one morning and see an email from YouTube saying: “Your channel has been restored.” ❤️ After 10 years of memories, hard work, and 1.2K+ videos, I just want one fair chance to get my channel back. @TeamYouTube, please make this dream come true. 🙏 #CreatorRights #HumanReview

EPSTEIN FILES FEATURE THE FOUNDERS OF GOOGLE Larry Page and Sergey Brin — the co-founders of Google — appear in U.S. federal court records connected to Jeffrey Epstein and the U.S. Virgin Islands case against JPMorgan Chase. Regarding Larry Page, the Government of the U.S. Virgin Islands told the court that Epstein “may have referred or attempted to refer” him to JPMorgan. On April 11, 2023, a subpoena demanding documents was issued to Page. After unsuccessful attempts at personal service, a federal judge authorized alternative service of the subpoena. Federal case docket: dockets.justia.com/docket/ne… Sergey Brin also appears in records connected to this federal litigation. Court materials address Jeffrey Epstein, JPMorgan, and the bank’s client relationship with Sergey Brin. Jeffrey Epstein was a convicted sex offender. In 2019, U.S. federal prosecutors charged him with sex trafficking of minors and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking of minors. Prosecutors described dozens of underage victims, some as young as 14. Official U.S. Department of Justice source: justice.gov/usao-sdny/pr/jef… Official DOJ Epstein Library: justice.gov/epstein And this raises a question that goes far beyond a single court case. Google and YouTube have enormous influence over the information people see. Their rules determine for millions of creators what is acceptable, what constitutes “sexual content,” what violates Community Guidelines, what content gets removed, and who loses the right to monetize. These are not merely technical decisions. These rules effectively shape the boundaries of what is considered acceptable across a significant part of modern digital society. The activities of the people who created Google and who continue to wield enormous influence over the corporation therefore deserve close public scrutiny as well. For more than 100 days, Google has failed to resolve my AdSense case or provide a substantive response to my appeals. I wanted to peacefully create music and videos — instead, I now have time to examine more closely the people and systems behind these decisions. THE RESEARCH CONTINUES. YouTube is under active FTC investigation right now. The U.S. Federal Trade Commission has been probing whether YouTube violated consumer protection laws by suspending accounts and removing content that users believed was allowed under its own policies. According to Bloomberg, the agency is in the final stages of preparing a potential lawsuit. YouTube is not above the law. They must feel it and face accountability. Millions of creators worldwide are facing this problem. It's time to put an end to it. Share this across your accounts. The case is at its final stage. The more of you share your stories, the more facts pile up — the more real it becomes that YouTube will face consequences, and maybe, finally, something will change. Their "innovations" are insane ideas that make no sense. If your channel was blocked without clear reason, your AdSense account was shut down, or support ignored you — file a complaint with the FTC today. Every report adds to the evidence. Report here: reportfraud.ftc.gov Bloomberg: bloomberg.com/news/articles/… Reuters: reuters.com/legal/government… Creators worldwide are being hit by automated decisions with no real appeal. This is the moment to make it count. #YouTubeFTC #CreatorRights

107 days with zero response to my AdSense appeal (pub-6538727376665314). Not a support team — a creator-destruction team. Over this time I was passed between Toni, Sam, Candy, Pia, Jules, Yan — each one meeting my case like it's the first time they've heard of it. No continuity, no accountability — just an endless loop of copy-paste replies. These names may not even be real — just work aliases. If so, no one behind "Sam" or "Candy" can ever be identified or held responsible. A decision exists, but nobody made it. Sam personally accused me of "sexual content" over a frame showing an AI-generated android — not a real person, not nudity. Six weeks later, support admitted in writing: no violation, it's just an 18+ age restriction. But they couldn't fully admit the mistake — the flag was already logged in the system, and removing it would mean officially admitting Sam was wrong. So they just swapped the label and never lifted the flag. I served the consequences of this "violation" for three full months (until 07/21/2026), across 3 videos at once — for something they themselves admitted was a mistake. This is how this support team actually operates: they do whatever they want, all that matters to them is closing the ticket with the right numbers in their reports, not actually solving the problem. Sam separately confirmed in writing that the warnings were lifted and the appeal approved. That was a lie — the warnings stayed on the channel. I have screenshots with timestamps. The stated reason for the AdSense termination changes depending on which letter you read: "publisher misrepresentation" in one, "invalid clicks" in another. Not once — no evidence, no date, no URL. The channel changed ownership. The new owner has a clean AdSense account with zero violations. They won't let it be linked — and here's the official written reason, from support rep Toni (07/14/2026): "Upon checking it shows that the AdSense is terminated due to policy violations. Per AdSense policies, you will not be able to change the linked AdSense unless the termination is resolved." In other words, the new channel owner is being held hostage to someone else's already-closed case that has nothing to do with him. It's the same as buying a house and being told you can't put the electricity in your own name until the previous owner's unpaid bills are settled. Different person, different details, zero complaints against him — and the channel is still held hostage to someone else's case. Why does this happen? Because admitting a mistake means admitting responsibility. On June 5, support writes in their own words: "this does not violate community guidelines" — and in the same email refuses to lift the warning issued for that exact "violation." They admit the mistake and refuse to fix its consequence in the same breath. Candy, who introduced herself as Sam's direct manager on the support team, took over the case. But instead of fixing the problem, she covered for her subordinate's mistake — she logged it and effectively buried the case. On June 23, 2026 she wrote to me: "I have had to turn this case over to the legal team who may or may not respond directly to your request as they deem necessary. I am unable to provide you with further assistance on this matter." It looks like she left her own resolution note in the system, and every new agent since then just hits that note and repeats it instead of reviewing the case from scratch. What that note actually says, I'll probably never know. A closed loop. This isn't support for creators. This is a system that lies, stalls, and destroys the people who work on it. @AdSense @TeamYouTube — 107 days of lies. Enough. @Google @GoogleAds @YouTube @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTubeInsider @GforPublishers @NewsFromGoogle @AdSense @CreatorRights @FTC

BOARD #3 — WHO WORKS INSIDE GOOGLE’S PUBLISHER ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM? Board #2 mapped the teams and functions surrounding Google’s publisher monetization, policy and enforcement systems. Board #3 goes inside those functions — examining the publicly documented professional histories of people who have worked in or around Publisher Quality, Publisher Policy and Trust & Safety. [1] HIROYUKI HATTORI Senior Data Analyst, Publisher Quality, Trust & Safety at Google. His public professional profile describes work involving anti-spam, anti-abuse, account security and platform integrity across Google advertising products including AdSense and AdMob. His documented work also includes data analysis, machine-learning classifier development, and collaboration with engineering and product teams on products and policies. [2] DIANA MAZUERA Mazuera publicly described spending five years in Publisher Quality and working on projects that contributed to the team’s evolving enforcement mechanisms before moving into Scaled Operations within Trust & Safety. In describing that professional environment, she also publicly acknowledged Charles Momeny, Maurice Chan, Abe Weston and Yoyo W. as sponsors or mentors. This identifies professional connections — it does not establish reporting relationships. [3] CHARLES MOMENY A former Google Senior Program Manager. His publicly available professional history states that during 2017–2019 he directed Publisher Quality and ad-policy programs. [4] JIM GRAY Historical professional material from a 2016 Trust & Safety event identifies Jim Gray as: “Director, Ad Traffic and Publisher Quality, Google.” This provides documented historical evidence of a director-level connection between Ad Traffic Quality and Publisher Quality during that period. It does NOT establish Google’s current organizational structure. [5] TAKEAKI KANAYA A former Google employee who spent more than 16 years at the company and served as Senior Strategist, Trust & Safety from 2020–2023. His public professional profile specifically identifies: “Publisher Policy (AdSense, AdMob and Ad Manager)” as one of his areas of work. — IMPORTANT CONTEXT These people did not necessarily report to one another. Nothing on this board claims that any individual shown was personally responsible for any particular account decision. Current roles, former roles, historical information and functional connections are deliberately distinguished. What the public record DOES show is that behind automated systems, policy pages and support processes are identifiable professional teams and people performing specific functions. — Four months ago, I was creating new worlds and writing music. I could hardly wait for morning to come so I could wake up and immerse myself in that work again. I created constantly — and I loved it. That stopped when Google closed my accounts. Now I have plenty of time — but instead of spending it creating music and new worlds, I spend it navigating bureaucracy and trying to understand a system that still has not given me a substantive explanation. So I decided to understand that system properly. Who writes the policies? Who builds the enforcement mechanisms? Who analyzes publisher compliance? Who reviews decisions? Who manages these teams? These are not secret identities. These are professional roles documented in publicly available sources. So the research continues. Person by person. Team by team. Role by role. Source by source. If a global platform has the power to make decisions that can profoundly affect creators and publishers, there is nothing unreasonable about the public knowing who operates that system, how it is structured, and where responsibility sits. — NEXT — BOARD #4: WHO SHAPES WHAT YOUTUBE RECOMMENDS? Next, the research moves to YouTube’s recommendation and discovery systems — beginning with Todd Beaupré, Senior Director of Growth & Discovery at YouTube, and the publicly documented people and teams working around recommendation, ranking and discovery. — PUBLIC SOURCES / VERIFY IT YOURSELF: [1] Hiroyuki Hattori — public professional profile: jp.linkedin.com/in/hiroyuki-… [2] Diana Mazuera — public professional profile: linkedin.com/in/diana-mazuer… [3] Charles Momeny — public professional profile: himalayas.app/@charlesmomeny [4] Jim Gray — 2016 Trust & Safety professional event record: linkedin.com/pulse/april-tru… [5] Takeaki Kanaya — public professional profile: jp.linkedin.com/in/jumpingkn… — For the attention of: @Google @GoogleAds @TeamYouTube @GforPublishers @YouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTubeInsider @NewsFromGoogle

🚨 @nealmohan @YouTube @TeamYouTube Neal, I’m asking you to look at this case personally. 3 years of work and 10,000+ long-form gaming videos were wiped out, and I still cannot get a clear answer about what specific content justified the termination. On the day this happened, I was simply changing thumbnails on 15 of my own existing videos. Shortly afterward, my entire channel was terminated for Spam, Deceptive Practices & Scams. I’ve been told that “human reviewers” reviewed my case. Then where is the actual human judgment? If the decision is correct, identify the specific violation. If it was an enforcement mistake, fix it. Please stop this cycle of generic responses and personally escalate my case for a genuine human review. Channel: piped.video/channel/UCdktWzN… I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for someone to actually look at my case.

WHO ACTUALLY RUNS THE SYSTEM BEHIND GOOGLE ADSENSE? — BOARD #2 Board #1 mapped the upper levels of Alphabet, Google and YouTube. Board #2 goes deeper — into the people, teams and functions surrounding Google’s publisher ecosystem: AdSense, AdMob, Ad Manager, Publisher Monetization, Ad Traffic Quality, Ads Privacy & Safety, Trust & Safety, policy enforcement and review processes. Publicly available sources identify Scott Sheffer, Kirat Sharma, Per Björke, Brian Crowley, Amanda Storey, Mary Phelan and Helen O’Shea, among others, in different parts of this ecosystem. But the deeper the structure goes, the more significant one gap becomes: the current individual leadership responsible specifically for Publisher Policy / Enforcement is not clearly identified in reliable public sources. This board deliberately distinguishes between what is confirmed and what is not. Solid lines represent publicly documented reporting relationships. Dotted lines represent functional connections where direct reporting has not been publicly confirmed. A person’s appearance on this board does not by itself imply individual responsibility for any particular decision. I never intended to research Google’s internal structure. This research began because my AdSense account was closed without a clear, substantive explanation, and repeated attempts to obtain one led nowhere. Everything presented on these boards is based on publicly available information. I will continue researching and documenting publicly available information about the people, teams, structures and processes involved until Google provides a clear and substantive explanation of what happened to my account. If it is established that a frontline employee misrepresented the facts, incorrectly recorded a violation, or otherwise provided inaccurate information that contributed to subsequent actions against my account, that conduct should be properly reviewed internally and the responsible employee should be held accountable in accordance with Google’s policies. Any additional relevant and verifiable information found in public sources will also be documented, with sources provided. This research continues. Watch for Board #3, where we go one level deeper — into Publisher Quality: the people, teams and functions involved in publisher compliance, policy enforcement, abuse detection and account review. I do not want a fight with Google. I want to work. Four months of daily emails with first line support. I know every template by heart. Zero results. The problem was invented and it is still unresolved. So I am documenting in public, from open sources, how this system actually works and who runs it. Let me work. That is all I want. @Google @YouTube @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTubeInsider @GforPublishers @GoogleAds @NewsFromGoogle

🚨 Creators, how long will this continue? Many creators are facing channel terminations under YouTube’s Spam, Deceptive Practices and Scams policy, and automated enforcement is becoming a serious concern. My channel has also been affected. I have spent years of hard work building my channel, creating content and building a community. I have not committed any violation, yet my channel was terminated under this policy. One automated decision can destroy years of a creator’s work in a moment. AI can help detect potential problems, but it should not become the final judge of a creator’s future. @YouTube @TeamYouTube — I am asking for a genuine human review, clear evidence of the alleged violation, and a fair opportunity for creators to explain their case. This is not just about my channel. Many creators are worried about facing the same situation. Creators deserve transparency, fairness and justice. Please review my channel and help restore it if the enforcement was made in error. 🔗 piped.video/channel/UC-QByrb… Behind every channel, there is a human being. ❤️⚖️

🚨 @YouTube @TeamYouTube ENOUGH WITH THE AUTOMATED REPLIES. 3 YEARS. 10,000+ VIDEOS. GONE. I was simply changing thumbnails on 15 of my own videos when my entire channel was suddenly terminated for “Spam, Deceptive Practices & Scams.” I have asked again and again for a REAL HUMAN REVIEW. Instead, I keep getting generic responses that avoid the actual question. If you stand behind this termination, SHOW ME THE SPECIFIC VIOLATION.
