Why is Capital One now charging a minimum $10 cash advance fee when using my credit card for charitable organizations? This is NEW and unreasonable. My recent $40 donations suddenly triggered a new C1 minimum $10 fee (or 3%), which were NOT added in previous months/years. BAD.

Capitol 1 did a temp adjustment of $1,338. I cancelled reservation. Expedia then added to my account a charge of $1,338. The sum total of Cap 1 should have equaled zero balance. Instead capitol one charged me an additional $1,388.

These guys suck! I haven’t had a capital one card in two years we had it with my business and last month they just randomly took $1000 out and they said they have no record of it. They tried to make it sound like it was an alias. My bank said it’s them.
