My husband and I have been loyal Capital One customers for years, yet we’ve been unable to update my last name for nearly seven years. Dealing with overseas customer service has been an ongoing ordeal. Despite submitting the required documents multiple times, we’re repeatedly told they’re expired or illegible. Hours spent on the phone have yielded no progress. Even domestic customer service, including a “manager,” Diane (badge# 619998), provided no assistance, merely instructing us to resubmit documents without investigating the issue. This lack of leadership and resolution for such a simple matter is unacceptable. We are now seriously considering switching banks.

The new Bill Pay system is just terrible. Can't send multiple bills at once anymore. The categorization of payees is gone. Why would you remove features and describe it as a benefit to me? I'm thinking about closing my accounts.
