Hi. Can someone please reach out to me? My card was turned off for making large payments (not charges). I jumped through all of the hoops and sent my bank statement on Thursday… my account is still off. I just called “customer service” and they said it’s going to take you TEN DAYS to read it!?!?! I need someone who can actually do something to call me.

@CapitalOne has totally screwed up my account. Their agent filed a fraud claim in the wrong transaction and they refuse to fix it in an expeditious manner. They’re holding my funds even though it was their error. Horrible customer service!

Capital one is terrible. Shakira had me on hold for an hour just to send my replacement card for my expired card. There is nowhere to email or call for a complaint. No reason that should have taken an hour.
