Hi. Can someone please reach out to me? My card was turned off for making large payments (not charges). I jumped through all of the hoops and sent my bank statement on Thursday… my account is still off. I just called “customer service” and they said it’s going to take you TEN DAYS to read it!?!?! I need someone who can actually do something to call me.

@CapitalOne has totally screwed up my account. Their agent filed a fraud claim in the wrong transaction and they refuse to fix it in an expeditious manner. They’re holding my funds even though it was their error. Horrible customer service!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM CAPITAL ONE Their customer service is horrible. I am now locked out of my account and the only way in is by a phone number and email that are attached to my account that aren't mine. Their phone service refuses to help. Never using them for a credit card again.

Stay away from Capitol One. I was a loyal customer for over 15 years. I never had any issues and always paid my bill on time. I got ripped off and they sided with the merchant. Closed one of my accounts. I'll be closing the other 3 soon.

They don’t care about you they don’t care about your situation. Run fast away from Capital One. I will make sure to put lots of reviews and make sure that I file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the ADA department of the United States of America.

Just opened a new account and somehow an e-mail address and phone number on the profile that are not mine. Won't let me change it. Been getting nowhere with customer service over the phone, no e-mail to reach out to. By far the worst credit card experience I have ever had.

All I owed was $331 and I became permanently disabled so they can’t get my money but they wouldn’t take $132 which is I could’ve paid that because that’s all I can afford but instead they get nothing
