Today I received an email accusing me of fraud on a "Shopping" account which I never opened. I don't even know what that is. The "View our terms of service" link doesn't work. But I did get this handy dandy message "Whoops, looks like you found a bug. We will get it fixed asap. Go back home." Yeah, I'll go back home to BofA as soon as you release my money. At least they’re consistent - even their error pages are dysfunctional. This is the worst banking experience I've ever had - on par with third-world ineptitude. I already closed the savings account, closing the checking on Friday when they finally release my funds.
