True story about me and my @CapitalOne business spark card. My business does over $35,000,000 in revenue. we have a $100,000 limit on our capital one credit card and pay it off EVERY SINGLE MONTH and have for around 15 years! I’m starting another business and got denied by capital one. The reason…..”Capital One account credit limits are too high”! Are you fucking kidding me?!?!?) All bc my credit was pulled and we have a balance (that’s not due yet), I was denied! Time to move all of my business to another company soon! @CapitalOne

Another appeal in June 2026(checks were supposed be in mail by late July) in regards to the Cap1 360 savings accounts settlement. Delay of a year before checks are mailed? Cap1 account holders will all be DEAD before settlement is resolved. Another raw deal for the customer!

@CapitalOne just lost a longtime customer over $34. I paid off my card one day before AutoPay, but the automatic payment still processed, causing a duplicate withdrawal and a $34 overdraft fee. Capital One refused to reimburse it. Years of loyalty—gone over $34. @RMFFIndy @_ImeArchibong @MayoShattuck
