@CapitalOne has totally screwed up my account. Their agent filed a fraud claim in the wrong transaction and they refuse to fix it in an expeditious manner. They’re holding my funds even though it was their error. Horrible customer service!

Sorry to say that capital one is one of the worse credit card companies out there. I have the best credit score at 815 and I get paid well over 6 figures, no debt but when I apply for a credit card they offer me a $1,000 credit limit.
