So no, in conclusion, I feel a paramedic cannot just do a “breast lump training module” and then manage patients with breast symptoms in primary care. The breadth & depth of medical training for doctors exists for a reason - for patient safety. End

Gone are the days 2ww is seen in 2 weeks though (in most cases), all the 2ww cases are triaged by the speciality so a competent hx + examination is so important in order for those you truly suspect might be a suspicious lump to be seen quickly
