Regarding the White House media ban, it appears a Trump-appointed Judge is set to rule against Trump and in favor of the banned outlets based on a lack of Due Process (advance notice and opportunity to be heard) rather than on a substantive assessment of the 1st Amendment challenge set forth by the plaintiff “news” organizations. I wonder if that issue will be fleshed out on appeal.
