Every judge who voted to overturn the natural gas ban was initially appointed by Inslee, Ferguson or Gregoire.
Having a supreme court that interprets the law fairly is crucial because an unchecked government is dangerous.
That’s why this November, we need to get our ballots in and remember these names:
Larson, Edwards, Stevens, Bloom & O’Donnell.

I'm not happy with Trump and the republicans in DC, but I'm still voting and so should you.
The majority of our court is up for reelection, and we have 5 solidly conservatives running that can begin to turn our state around.
Vote local like the founders intended.
Washington voters: don’t skip the Supreme Court races.
Five of nine seats are on the November 3 ballot — a majority of the court. These are the people who interpret the state constitution.
Two recent decisions are worth reading in full.
In Quinn v. State (2023), the court upheld Washington’s capital-gains tax by characterizing it as an excise tax. Justice Debra Stephens wrote the majority.

On September 17, 2026, the court invalidated voter-approved Initiative 2066 (natural gas / energy choice) under the single-subject rule. Stephens wrote that majority as well.
