As a lifelong West Ham fan I will be very disappointed if Kurt Zouma pulls on a West Ham shirt tonight. The claret and blue is something you earn and wear with pride. It's something you should lose if you aren't capable of normal, decent behaviour.

Come on @O2 when you have UK customers stuck in South Africa through no fault of their own, don't try and make money off them, especially when they've bought the overseas bolt-on. And never, ever hang up on a customer, even if your data system has crashed. Very poor.
