The latest incorrect thinking from traditional incumbents is that these data centers are a one-time thing in a historically frothy market and that they will not have use at the end of the leases as tenants seek to return to today's "Tier 1" locations. Well, we just debunked that myth by signing a lease that starts 10 years forward, and we are projecting a strong ROI on our upfront equity investment. Everyone needs to upgrade their terminal value assumptions. Texas data centers will trade at a premium to the rest of the market in the future and be the new "Tier 1". $CIFR

NY ELECTION ISN'T ABOUT TRUMP It's not about Trump. In New York. It's not about Trump. It's about you. You, and how the governor is screwing you. You and your family and your state. In New York, the election is about the least popular governor in America and the most expensive and dysfunctional state government in the country. It's about holding a governor accountable for five years of failure and fatigue. It's about understanding that the chaos in Albany is separate from the chaos in Washington, and while you can't do much about Washington, you can make a change in Albany. And if you don't, you're going to keep getting screwed. Your neighbors will keep moving away, your jobs will keep disappearing, your poverty rates will keep rising, your streets will continue to be unsafe, your schools will continue to fail. Poverty? In New York City, it was 18% when she took over and it's 26% now, with similar numbers across the state. Taxes? Business rates were 6.5% when she took over and they're 7.25% now, taking some $20 billion a year out of our employers' pockets. She has raised the MTA payroll mobility tax twice and folks in New York City are a combined 9.43% before local taxes are factored in. Energy? Electricity rates have gone up 68% since she became governor. Natural gas prices have gone up 25%. And both of those are the result of state taxes and policies -- state taxes and policies signed into law by the governor. Housing? Housing costs over much of the state have increased some 50% since she became governor -- compared to 30% nationally. Education? Most expensive public schools in America, with middling outcomes in our best schools and horrific results for students in our cities -- and some of the lowest literacy rates in the country. Health care? Health insurance is 40% more expensive in New York than in the rest of the country -- because of taxes and mandates signed into law by the governor. Outmigration? During each year of this governor's term, more than 400,000 people have moved out of the state, far outstripping the number moving in. And those moving out have largely been tax payers and those moving in have largely been tax users. Management? This governor had a wildcat strike in her prisons and two inmates savagely beaten to death by correctional officers and yet has done nothing to replace her failed commissioner or make the prisons safe for inmates and employees. And the Tax Foundation says this governor's New York is dead last among the states when it comes to places to start or run a business. And none of that is about Trump. All of that is about Hochul. It doesn't matter whether you hate him or love him. This is about her. More of her constituents tell pollsters they disapprove of her than any other governor in the country. Her state is troubled and trending downward. And it's her fault. And it's your choice. You can't fix Washington, but you can fix Albany.

Illinois is last. 50th out of 50. A- to A is one notch up, but no other state in the country is rated this LOW. The ranking is still dead last. Domestic outmigration never stopped. Illinois lost a net 168,000 residents since 2018; recent tiny population ‘gains’ are from international migration offsetting people leaving for lower-tax states. Young residents under 20 fell 6.8% from 2020–2025, more than 3x the U.S. rate. Tax and Fee increases under this administration are also real: gas tax doubled and indexed, corporate NOL cap, new levies on social media, digital assets, and more. Critics tally dozens of hikes totaling tens of billions. Chicago homicides did fall hard from the 2021 peak, 2025 was the lowest in decades, BUT that is not the same as ‘cleaned up a Republican mess.’ The fiscal hole, pensions, and outmigration were already here and are still here.” What PRITZKILLER liar left out is the part that matters for the boast: after all those upgrades, Illinois is still last among the 50 states. An A is better than A- and way better than the near-junk ratings. It is not “problem solved.” The story he wrapped around it, mess cleaned up, punchline over, is the stretch.

Kathy Hochul told millions of New Yorkers to leave for Florida. Now that high-earners took her advice and left, she is begging them to come back to pay her sky-high taxes. New Yorkers deserve leaders who respect them, not drive them away. When I am Governor, I will cut income taxes, lower utility bills, and make New York affordable again.

You have spent the last 2 years doing nothing to secure our elections after Republican voters delivered the popular vote & all 3 branches of gov’t. New York State’s decision to shut down Indian Point has had consequences that can’t be ignored. Instead of lowering emissions, the closure has contributed to greater reliance on fossil fuels and increased emissions downstate - something New York’s own Department of Public Service now acknowledges. Reopening the Indian Point Energy Center would restore reliable, affordable, carbon-free energy while reducing our reliance on fossil fuels and lowering emissions. That’s what New Yorkers deserve.

Umm. New York’s high energy bills have nothing to do with Washington or Iran. It has everything to do with this moron who has shut down nuclear power, banned natural gas, blocked pipelines, required all electric construction, and an EV mandate. Kathy Hochul appoints the PSC and they have continually approved rate hikes. In fact, utility bills are up 58% in 6 years. But I’m glad Kathy has another “rebate check” in time for the election. I wonder if the press will complain about this the same way they did the $5k dividend?

Hochul approved 48 utility rate hikes, added new surcharges to your bill, and forced green energy mandates that sent our bills soaring 70% above the national average.
