We are delighted to share that our team from Composite School Naveen Ramnagar secured 1st Position in the Group Dance Competition organised by ISKCON, Varanasi. Performing at the Swatantra Bhavan Auditorium BHU the students received the Winner’s Trophy & certificates.

A workplace is shaped by its people and we are delighted to share that 𝗞𝗛𝗨𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗜 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗴𝗻𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸-𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱™ organisation for September 2026 – September 2027 .

When employees step into a classroom, listen to children & share their skills, volunteering becomes an active participation in social development. At our Community Learning Centres in Noida, 11 @exl_service employees volunteered with 120 students on Vocabulary Enhancement.

For the students, it was an opportunity to learn from people beyond their regular classroom environment. For the volunteers, it was an opportunity to share their knowledge, engage with the community and contribute their time and skills towards a child’s learning journey.

At Composite School, Karhera, Ghaziabad, with the support of LEDVANCE India, KHUSHII educators formed the Maitri Group, bringing 40 children together through activity-based clubs designed to nurture more than academic learning.

🪴 Eco Club — helping children understand their environment. 😷 Health & Hygiene Club — turning healthy habits into practices. ⏳ Discipline Group — to practise responsibility, teamwork & positive behaviour. 🎨 Recreational Club — the freedom to be creative.

At KHUSHII, we recognise the intrinsic role mothers play in a child’s life, learning and holistic development. This is why mother’s groups are an integral part of our work, creating spaces where mothers can learn, share, support and grow alongside their children.

On 15th Sept, we at MCD Primary, L-1st, Sangam Vihar, hosted a session on the “Role of Mothers in a Child’s Life,” with participation from 40 mothers. Through activities, mothers reflected on their own journeys & shared how they nurture discipline & confidence in their children.

At KHUSHII, 𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 has always meant looking beyond academic learning, towards the emotional, social and life skills that help children understand themselves, relate to others and navigate the world with confidence.

At GHPS Allalasandra, our Life Skills session on Emotions gave 143 students a space to explore feelings not through a lecture, but through play, expression and interaction. Through Emotions Charades, children explored different emotions, learning how emotions can be communicated.

As technology becomes increasingly woven into education, work, & everyday life, ensuring that children know how to use technology is just as important as ensuring they have access to it. With that intent we held Digital Literacy Sessions across four schools in Manesar, Haryana:
