Texas accounted for about a quarter of ICE arrests in July and posted the country’s sharpest rent drops, with San Antonio down 4.8%, Austin 4.3%, Dallas and Houston about 3%.
Miami’s average rent is down 2.6%.
Phoenix is down 4.2%.
Atlanta is down 3.2%.
Nashville is down 5.3%.
New Orleans is down 8%.

Broken laws got us to the point where we have a doctor trained at the Government Medical College in Bhavnagar, India leading a residency program where 23/24 residents are foreign med school grads.

🚨AN ALABAMA WOMAN CONVICTED OF BEATING HER STEPKIDS
Her name is Erin Griffith. Grand Bay, Mobile County.
Prosecutors said the victims were her stepchildren and that she hit a child in the head and body with an object.
A jury convicted her Sept. 22. She was taken into custody after the verdict.
This was not her first case. She was charged with child abuse in 2024, arrested Nov. 29, put on $15,000 bond, and released Dec. 2, 2024. That case did not stop this one.
She has not been sentenced yet. That hearing is Nov. 5.

I dont like this idea of financial literacy is something Black folks dont know and it's something that's keeping us locked out of wealth. In real life back people been havin money, been financially responsible but deal with the BS system that constantly takes or slows progress
