Friends, PLEASE RT this Open Letter to the UN. I’m simply at a loss for words at this point...
I was surprised to read the UN report dated September 21, 2026, which was prepared by Special Rapporteur Mariana Katzarova.
The report states that “Russia has created a state system of transnational repression to persecute critics who have left the country.”
In particular, it states that “Cases of trials in absentia, attempted poisonings, the use of Interpol Red Notices, and pressure on relatives remaining in the country have been documented.”
All of this activity is characterized as a “violation of international law.”
I was extremely struck by your hypocrisy and the hypocrisy of your organization, because when the persecution of my party began in Ukraine, the UN issued a report on the matter.
But when the persecution of me personally and my family began outside Ukraine, the UN, despite knowing about the situation, did nothing.

There have been three attempts on my life.
And this is not poisoning at a railway station with stale shawarma, which you included in your wonderful report.
These were attacks involving firearms and explosives.
Two of the attacks have been fully documented, and the Spanish police have done nothing about them, because the Spanish police cannot expose the friends of the Spanish state.
Ukrainian security service officers arrested by the SBU, who carried out an explosion in the Principality of Monaco, confessed to preparing an assassination attempt against me.
The UN is also aware of this situation because, I repeat, we are in contact, in direct contact, with the UN office.
And this situation was discussed as well.
I was sentenced in absentia to 15 years in Ukraine without any evidence of guilt. I was not allowed to participate in the proceedings. I was directly accused of “criticizing the Ukrainian authorities.”
Sanctions have been imposed on all of my relatives, even though they have nothing to do with my activities.
Does this not fall under the definition of a “violation of international law”?
Ukraine has even deprived me of my passport because the SBU seized my passport.
Several extradition attempts based on completely empty and unsubstantiated accusations, constant harassment, constant threats, constant attempts to track me down.
Kyiv is constantly trying to create more and more new criminal cases in order to disguise political persecution as criminal prosecution.
Moreover, they even send already prepared criminal cases to Spain so that the Spanish authorities will open their own criminal cases.
I am prepared to substantiate every single word I say with documentary evidence.
Are you prepared to explain your selectivity?
The UN remains silent, although it knows about this situation.
And I am prepared to prove that the UN knows about this situation.
I demand an adequate response from your organization.
Why has there been no reaction whatsoever to the completely undisguised political persecution and threats to life that the Kiev authorities regularly carry out against me and my family?
With all due respect, I ask you not to pretend that you are unaware of my situation.
There has been correspondence with both the Spanish office and the European headquarters of the United Nations in Switzerland.
In particular, my lawyers and I sent at least four registered letters there, providing a detailed description of the situation concerning the judgment, the persecution, the attempts on my life, and other aspects of the persecution.
Not a single response was received.
Explain the selectivity of your policy.
