Jon the number 1 reason in my opinion is from the foreign recruiting agencies like @firstpointusa who are acting as an agent for these kids. @AthletesUSA is the same deal. @KStateWGolf only recruits foreigners from first point because the coach previously worked there and now gets kickbacks.

Waste of taxpayer time. Only ~ 7% of D1 athletes are international, so this does nothing to help anyone. This is just another smokescreen to avoid eliminating loopholes in tax laws for the wealthy and big corporations that fund your party. Focus on increasing funding for schools!
