La tappa, con partenza e arrivo a Şile e circa 150 chilometri di gara, presentava un percorso particolarmente nervoso. Grandissima prestazione del Team Solution Tech–NIPPO–Rali alla Ordu Black Sea Classic, con Santiago Umba che conquista una splendida vittoria e Kyrylo Tsarenko che completa la grande giornata della squadra salendo sul terzo gradino del podio. 
Nelle fasi decisive, Umba è stato bravissimo a fare la differenza sul duro finale verso Karga Tepesi, posto a circa 1.500 metri di altitudine, riuscendo a staccare gli avversari e a presentarsi da solo sul traguardo, conquistando così una bellissima vittoria. Alle sue spalle, grande prova anche di Kyrylo Tsarenko, che ha chiuso al terzo posto, completando una giornata da protagonista per il Team Solution Tech–NIPPO–Rali.
