I recently finished the book of Scott Kelly about a year in space (on ISS). I know, how important, cherrished and rare is having fresh vegetables, fruits up there. I just thought that frequent launches (with fully reusable spaceships like Starship, or soon Stoke's Nova) will change how people will live in space, in LEO and below. And we will never forget about the pioneers, paving the way for the expanse, for the real space era. 🫡

Good book. We are working to get there. Part of growing plants in space, which we are doing, is to lay the ground work for future missions such as a moon base and Mars.

What up with the scissors all pointing up

There is no “up” :) but we stick them to tape to keep them in place and we use them to open food packages. They aren’t sharp tipped so it works really well.
