🕵️‍♀️🔬 CSI Sacred Heart! Science Club turned into a crime scene investigation as students tried to discover who stole Mrs Dwyer’s sweets! 🍬 They used fingerprints, footprints, handwriting and hair samples to crack the case. Brilliant teamwork and scientific thinking! 🧪🔍

Living Out Our School Virtues A huge well done to Grace, who consistently demonstrates kindness, compassion & care towards others. Grace is a thoughtful & caring young lady who always looks out for those around her, particularly younger students.

🗳️ Democracy in Action! Yesterday, SHS voted for our new Head Students using our very own voting booths! It was fantastic to see students having their say & taking part in the democratic process. Votes will now be counted & independently verified before the results are announced.

8D have been putting their surgeon skills to the test by dissecting hearts & exploring their internal structure first-hand! A brilliant practical lesson giving students the chance to identify key features of the heart & deepen their understanding of how this vital organ works.

🌟 Above & Beyond Award 🌟 A huge well done to Maisie in Y11, who has received an Above & Beyond Award for making such a brilliant start to the school year. Maisie has shown fantastic determination & resilience, setting a great example through her attitude and effort.

💌 In July, some of our students wrote French cards for residents at a care home in France. Mrs Norminton hand-delivered them during the summer, & the residents were delighted! 🇫🇷❤️A lovely example of using languages to spread kindness and build connections beyond our community.
