🤓 115: The Premier League rules do seem to have some wriggle room for the non-publication of a liability only award. The question is whether this is framed by the IC as a partial final award (see APT initial decision albeit a Rule X matter - probably has to be published) or a partial award (arguably doesn't have to be). But the public interest surely demands that some form of redacted liability decision will have to be published after embargo. It is highly unlikely that any application to keep the decision secret until the final resolution of the matter would be accepted by the IC. So the chances of a secret appeal are low and the chances of a secret High Court process almost zero given the HC has already established the public interest in this very process.
