WORST SERVICE EVER ! Do not use Virgin they will never ever resolve issues - They will not let you access your account - they charged fraudulently & 6 months of complaints not resolved. Customer Service is in the Philippines & they cannot give access.

I have sent yet another complaint. .I filled in the through your link for you to close my account .. and all I get is Philippines calling me from the retention team ! I need you to confirm it's closed .

Worst company I have ever encountered for service. Since 2019 you cannot solve simple issues. I have over paid Virgin - but you cut my supply on Sept 4th leaving my tenants with no supply & no heating control

Ongoing. I have been a Virgin customer for 6 years. I've over paid my account, I'm barred from logging in & now I've been told my account is closed & no explanation why, my tenants have no wifi & thus no heating. Worst ever customer service

I am a business account holder and have been trying to request support for damaged cable but have received 3 different forms of communication with neither outcome positive. Is it really so hard to get support ??
