Is it acceptable for an Amazon driver to ignore my instructions to buzz my flat or call if the locker is full, leading to 4 failed delivery attempts? Now the delivery has been canceled on Amazon's end. Shocking customer service. Using @Argos_Online instead now.

4th October was given date for delivery three orders since have been given 4 different dates now today they say NO Date available for Items to be delivered. I’am annoyed as a prime customer would have thought Amazon would have sorted problem of missing 3 orders total nearly £50😡

Here's the thing, Amazon, I really couldn't care less how "green" you claim to be, or how "ethical". I just want my purchases in perfect condition at the time promised. Everything else is just froth and nonsense, and you lot virtue signaling. Amazon seems to be going bad fast.

Well that's the second order in 3 months of a high-value, electronic item where the van has driven past my door and shortly after the item has been marked as "damaged in transit". The parcels are clearly labelled as "needs PIN to deliver" and the drivers are nicking them!

Delivery today between 11.15 and 12.15. Now suddenly changed to 12.15 and 2.15. No point in time slots being given when they change so much. I’ve wasted best part of the day just waiting for a delivery.

Fewer vehicles on the road could be achieved if, when you need a signature, the driver were to knock the door or ring the bell. Then you would not need to deliver it again. I will be in tomorrow as I was today.

How about discussing why it’s become common practice for deliveries to just be left on the doorstep for all to see, ignoring “delivery instructions” & not bothering to even knock on the door or wait. Just take a photo & mark as delivered. That’s another package stolen. Good work.

You keep asking me to 'update' my address and open hours. You HAVE my CORRECT ADDRESS open hours. You just need to USE them. I Rather than trying to deliver hours outside of these hours. Ie shut at 5 attempt to deliver at 7 WHY? Just WHY???

Getting fed up with having to wait in all day for delivery's which are turning up later and later since October 2024 when they used to arrive early in the day... it's now leaving there depo anywhere between 1-2 pm and not turning up until between 8-10 pm... service is terrible

Your delivery system is a joke! I paid for a tumble dryer on Sunday with delivery yesterday. Waited all day no delivery. Used online chat told it was not coming but will betoday. Waited in againTo be told its not coming again and will try and deliver tomorrow! disgusting amazon!

#AmazonPrime @BBCWatchdog Amazon delivered glasses today delivered on the floor. I have complained about this before.. I was assured that this would not happen again but obviously it is the Amazon way. I will publish this to the public so this practice stops.

What? Deliveries like this today? Dumped in publicly accessibly foyer of our Apartment Building? No excuse as lift working. One package damaged, the other stolen and its packaging dumped in a hedge. Appallingly bad delivery service.

Better deliveries 🤣🤣🤣 abandoning the parcels on the ground-floor of the building, because the driver is too lazy to take a lift and deliver it to the door. I can see the knives delivered like that as well.
