I’m flying into Newcastle from Heathrow and due to connect to the 19:03 train to Berwick tonight. I’m likely to miss that train owing to the air traffic control outage in Heathrow….can I use my ticket on a later train?

Travelling my be easier but permitting children to play in a play area isn't. The actual reason given for closure was the children were "too loud" but putting that on a sign would clearly make LNER a laughing stock. #KingsCross
