I’m flying into Newcastle from Heathrow and due to connect to the 19:03 train to Berwick tonight. I’m likely to miss that train owing to the air traffic control outage in Heathrow….can I use my ticket on a later train?

Actually….the latest update from @British_Airways suggests I won’t get to Newcastle until tomorrow now.

If you have to use your train ticket tomorrow that will be okay, just keep hold of your flight information in case the team requests this.
