The 61-page report concluded Caldwell engaged in “serious, repeated violations of state policy"
One finding accuses him of a substantiated s*xual-harassment incident where he made a romantic advance toward a female staffer’s friend and, after being rebuffed, told the staffer “you young women are looking for young sperm"
Other financial-related violations were found as well.

A “moderate” Democrat just admitted his real goal out loud.
Rep. Tom Suozzi (D-NY): “My biggest desire, my biggest goal of what I want to accomplish in politics right now, is I want to legalize seven or eight or nine or 10 million people in our country, so they will not be subject to deportation.”
He’s not some fringe progressive. He’s the guy the media calls a moderate. If that’s what “moderate” looks like on immigration, what does the rest of the party actually believe?

I’m starting to think this judge may have figured out something our justice system forgot.
His punishments aren’t about sitting in a cell. They’re designed to make you experience a little bit of what you put everyone else through.
At first it’s funny. Throw garbage on the ground? Fine, now you’re picking it up. Force everyone to listen to your obnoxiously loud music? He has an idea for that too.
But the further this goes, the more you realize there’s an actual philosophy behind it.
By the end I wasn’t laughing as much as I was wondering why we don’t see more sentences like this.

He punched his son-in-law’s killer in the back of the head, right in the courtroom.
Alberto Sanchez had just finished a victim impact statement for David Navidad-Parra, an Army veteran murdered in 2022, when he turned and hit Abel Uribe repeatedly. Sanchez says he snapped after Uribe laughed while the family spoke about the man he took from them. Uribe was restrained and moments from a life sentence. Sanchez now faces his own charges for assaulting a bound victim.
A father waited years for justice and got a courtroom moment instead, while the killer laughed through it.
Was Sanchez wrong to snap, or is this exactly what any parent would want to do in that seat?

WHAT'S REALLY FOR DINNER?
Air Fryer Turkey Breast in about 40 minutes.
Moist, tender and delicious.
Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and poultry seasoning (I use Bell's). Cook breast-side down for the first 20 minutes at 350°F, then flip and cook another 15-20 minutes.
(Sorry if I sound nervous...) When the instant-read thermometer hits 140°F, let the breast rest for 10 minutes in the air fryer. After that rest period the thermometer should reach 160°F.

Another veteran: $75,000 despite claiming roughly $500,000 in lost wages alone.
This story is huge! Families destroyed. Lives lost.
These offers deserve an explanation and then made right.

Parkinson’s took Richard Sparks’s balance and speech and forced him into an early retirement. He figures that alone cost him $500,000 in lost wages.
The government knew the water at Camp Lejeune Marine Base was poisoned – the same water that Richard drank – but they covered it up.
Associate Attorney General Stanley Woodward at the DOJ offered Richard $75,000 and even included a poison pill in the offer: if Richard doesn’t accept the DOJ’s offer and a judge awards him less at trial, he will have to pay the DOJ’s costs and attorney fees!
That’s truly shocking. $75,000 is less than a sixth of what Richard lost by having to retire early, not to mention all the medical bills that have piled up for his treatment.
I can’t believe this @ASGWoodward guy is actually employed by the DOJ!
Get rid of him!!
He is making the administration look like they couldn’t care less about our veterans.
