WHAT'S REALLY FOR DINNER? Air Fryer Turkey Breast in about 40 minutes. Moist, tender and delicious. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder and poultry seasoning (I use Bell's). Cook breast-side down for the first 20 minutes at 350°F, then flip and cook another 15-20 minutes. (Sorry if I sound nervous...) When the instant-read thermometer hits 140°F, let the breast rest for 10 minutes in the air fryer. After that rest period the thermometer should reach 160°F.
