Major life hack: The power of progressive overload.
There's an Ancient Greek legend of Milo of Croton carrying a newborn calf every day until it becomes a full-sized bull. He adapted to the tiny incremental increases in weight and became a beast in the process.
The idea applies to anything you want to improve at in life.
If you want to get stronger, slowly increase the load over an extended period of time.
If you want to focus better, slowly increase the length of your focus blocks over an extended period of time.
If you want to get more resilient, slowly extend the duration of mentally challenging activities over an extended period of time.
My running chart from the last 6 months is one example. Nothing heroic in any given week. Just slow, steady adaptation to increasing load.
Slow is the key. Too much in any given window can lead to burnout or injury.
As with all compounding, time is the exponent. It's the single most important lever. Not the increase % in any given week. But the amount of time you stack it for.
Be like Milo. Progressive overload is a life hack.

Weather forecast for Sunday’s race looking warm, humid, and wet. Nothing better. Can’t wait to suffer.
