Sometimes slowing down is the smartest move you can make. Not everything needs an immediate response.

key assumptions in your head first, if that doesnt hold up rushing into the details doesnt matter anyway. Slowing down there is where the good decisions actually come from

My friend got a divorce. When I asked him what he would change in this marriage, he said: "I'd have gone to Vipassana to sit for 10 days. I'd have never gotten married to her." Take some time off before making a big decision.

I’m fast on drafting. Slow on deciding. Most of my bad calls were made on someone else’s timeline.

I call it “The microwave Era”. People want things done in 20 seconds. Speed and wisdom are opposite!

Totally underrated… I’m constantly rushed by others. There’s a good book called: The Ruthless Elimination of Hurry by John Mark

The Wife does this, she's like, "We're going to Los for dinner... we're in the car!" as she & kids walk out the door. And I'm like, but you just told me 2 seconds ago and I have to pee!!🤪

100% agree with this, and have been very intentional about it but I admit I am been getting irritated by people in my network who are constantly interrogating and then trying to rush along.

Twice this week I've been in situations where I was rushed to make on the spot decisions and the best thing I did for myself was say "Can you let me have a think about this and get back to you?" And it was the best decision in both cases. Saved me from being oversold.

It’s done by design. Society needs you financially committed somewhere so the rich can keep the money growing in their pockets.

Slow done you move to fast. Gotta make the morning last. 1966 Simone and Garfinkle. Think about 1966 being a metronome 100 beats per minute. 2026 300 beats per minute. Too fast to comprehend. Exactly what is wanted by the globalist
