It was handed directly to a resident." **Nobody was home when time-stamp says package was delivered** Not Possible for it to be 'handed directly to a resident'. my order no 402-7921909-9021943. i ordered on 10 June, and it shows that it delivered on 16 Jun, but I haven't got the order. In app AT 01:00PM carrier unable to contact recipient to arrange delivery, at 01:02PM it says delivered.

Amazon has restricted a disabled person’s account, allegedly due to too many returns. I rely on Amazon for groceries due to my disabilities. Amazon is advising me to create a new account but I can’t use any cards linked to my previous account. ONLY GIFT CARDS. ALLOWED?

I have purchased a cooler from Amazon of brand Cadle. performance of the cooler as described is totally opposite no air throw than 4 feet....water filling so small all water spills out... complained about this and sales manager Akshay told we will refund you but it's been 13 days

You can’t even send customers the correct tracking info. Maybe try transforming that first. I just spent hours trying to track down a FedEx package with the tracking info you gave me, only for the package to suddenly turn up on a UPS truck. This is not service.
