The AI customer help is diabolical. When I finally get through the ridiculous maze, I'm told there is a 10 minute wait to speak to a human. It's not working guys. At all. I now go anywhere before I go to Amazon, congratulations.

@amazon would YOU like to explain to ME why my packages are not only being delayed on delivery. Shit that should have been delivered DAYS ago and somehow makes it “10 stops away” then somehow doesn’t arrive but my delivery date gets pushed back. Why am I using Amazon again? When some woman in INDIA who doesn’t even know where Forest Park Ga is, is telling me that 2 separate orders seem to be “lost in transit” 10 stops away…. Where is the ACCOUNTABILITY I pay Amazon for by Prime and obviously AMAZON seems to be turning into another TEMU

Whenever I choose the 'less carbon footprint' delivery, my pkg isn't delivered when promised. Always, always, a day or 2 late. I try to make it easier on the workers, + carbon friendlier, & it never works out. Work on that or I'll always choose next day & really put a strain.

This is the thing I got for trying to give a good review on a product selling! I didn’t know you were using community standards for writing a positive review!! I purchased this item twice because the second one was a safety issue. I wrote a positive review and explained what was wrong with the product! I’ve still purchased it a second time and received it today and my cat loves this toy! I go to write another review that’s more positive showing the cat playing with it and this is what I get for being a good customer!!

⚠️ The #CriminalOrganization #Amazon stole $50, deleted the order, and now pretends it never existed. Amazon charged me $50 for an Apple Gift Card I never ordered. When I contested it, they erased the entire transaction from my account history. After that, they refused to refund the money for months and now claim they “can’t locate the order.” It looks like a group of criminals is running the show inside Amazon's Payment dept and they delete the proof of transactions after they steal the money. My account was open the whole time. I closed it only after Amazon proved they can’t be trusted. I have Amazon’s email and my bank record, see below but the depraved criminals still won’t refund my money. Legal action is next. #BoycottAmazon

🚨A black Amazon driver sucker-punched a 71-year-old white man over a parking spot - and not a SINGLE mainstream media outlet picked up the story. Shocker. The driver followed the older man into a gas station in Elk Grove, California, after becoming angry that the man had taken “his” space. Inside the store, surveillance video captures the confrontation. The Amazon worker gets close, appears to threaten him, then strikes the 71-year-old, sending him hard to the floor. The victim suffered a concussion. Police arrested the driver and charged him with felony battery and elder abuse. According to accounts of the video, the ATTACKER also used racial slurs during the encounter. This was not a mutual fight. It was a younger man hunting down an elderly stranger over a parking space and dropping him with a blow when his back was turned or he was trying to disengage.
