Can Kevin deliver my packages faster? The package that was supposed to be delivered 2 days ago. Out for delivery every day but never seems to make it? If he can get Amazon to go back to the old reliable Amazon then I wish him the best. However, I'm sure it'll probably get worse.

Sorry to put this here but Amazon is refusing to even give basic assistance: I have not used the Prime Account and have since changed the phone number. The verification will not take a picture of the back of my id. Phone assistance gave layered excuses but offered little else.
