For over two years, we told you: Hamas used hospitals for military purposes. The dead “journalists” were combatants. Hamas used child soldiers. That aid was being diverted by Hamas. Tens of thousands of the dead and wounded in Gaza were combatants. Hamas used human shields.
And so many other things, all of which are now proven as incontrovertibly true.
Yet, not a whisper to set the story straight from the global media who pushed the genocide and war crimes lies since 7th October.

The organiser of that protest, Danny Tommo, is now remanded in custody after slashing an empty dinghy in the Channel.
Same courts. Same country.

Anyone who cares about the right to protest in our democracy should be deeply concerned by this. Climate protesters,the Palestine movement, animal rights, anti-war, left, right, whether or not we agree with the reason for his protest, we ought all to be united in horror that a guy just got two years in prison for hurling an empty plastic bottle and some sweary words at a policeman. And they processed his punishment in under a week. This is police state territory. Very very frightening.

Hayden v Heath update. It seems that deep diving lawyer has succeeded against the flying lawyer. All the costs were paid today, which means that the final bills from counsel etc. can be settled. The petition will be withdrawn and this brings the High Court proceedings to a close.

What sentence is appropriate for people who, at a time of high international tensions, violently and illegally destroy what little defence capacity we have?
Martin-Baker’s factory in Woking might have produced the ejector seats that saved the lives of 2 RAF pilots yesterday - but Palestine Action thinks it’s a great idea to smash the place up. There are some solar panels the left like - and some they don’t.

Once the justice system is politically infected, there can be no justice.
We have to consider that our equality under the law no longer exists.
People died and we fought a civil war to establish the freedoms that our modern day petty tyrants seek to destroy.
Judge Daniel Sawyer (pictured below) said Del Somerville's TWO YEAR sentence would *act as a deterrent*.
And there you have it.
He's openly admitted this is an excessive punishment because the state is making an example of him.
This man is a political prisoner.

Two years in prison for throwing a plastic bottle and swearing at police. Unacceptable behaviour, sure. But when far more violent criminals routinely receive much less punitive sentences - and sometimes avoid jail completely - how can this be justified?

Zero. Hamas declared none throughout the war, nor agreed to any specific safe zones for civilians to escape harm.
All designated humanitarian or safe areas (like al-Mawasi and later expansions) were unilaterally set by Israel via evacuation orders and maps. Hamas instead operated from civilian areas, launched rockets from the Israeli zones, and actively discouraged people from leaving to use them as human shields.

This is why the protests must persist - to force the authorities to have to deploy this level of resources every single time. It tells the public everything about their priorities.
Footage from Eastbourne tonight shows coaches and police vehicles involved in moving migrants after Channel arrivals.
The Home Office has confirmed that people moved from arrival points to reception centres are transported on dedicated vehicles with security personnel. East Sussex Council also confirms that asylum accommodation, food and basic financial support are arranged through the Home Office and its contractors.
The Government has built an entire system to receive, transport, house and support people after illegal Channel crossings.
British taxpayers fund the transport. British taxpayers fund the accommodation. British taxpayers fund the support.
Meanwhile, the crossings continue.
