Our homily today at mass was part II of III of talking about the life of St. John Vianney. This time he delved deeper into his persecution. First as a priest by his town, locals and fellow priests. A sickly looking man, frail, and someone who was changing the town from drunk, poor and secular, to a more religiously connected area. The devil hates that. People still "of "the world hate that. They ridicule, point fingers, lie, create stories. Even fellow priests talked about Fr. Vianney as an ignoramus that couldn't pass his academics to be a priest. A petition started. He even tracked it down, read it, and signed his own name saying he agreed that he is all those things. Over time, these things almost led him out of the town, but he persisted here as the options to go elsewhere fell through. Over time, he had two conflicting things happen. First, the town started to respect his piety. Priests started to send their parishioners to him for confession since they always came back with a newfound sense of piety. His reputation as a idiot and fraudster soon turned to a level of respect that he earned through being a devout priest. That came with a price though. The devil took notice. The devil haunted the already sleepless Fr. Vianney. Mentally and physically tormented him. With noises of ripping fabric, sounds of wagon wheels within his home (a local man experienced this while staying in the rectory for protection), and even the sound of people yelling outside his rectory. Every time upon trying to catch the noise, nothing was there. It eventually led to his bed and curtains surrounding the bed to burn, and burn part of his rectory. Until it suddenly stopped itself. An unnatural occurance. (Still viewable today). He said, "The devil couldn't get the bird, so he burned the cage." The perfect representation of good and evil. It was his cross to bear. It was his burden to offer up to Christ. His suffering. Man pointed fingers. Clergy called him stupid. People lied and smeared his name. The devil targeted him relentlessly. Yet, as a truly masculine priest should, he persisted. His values, morals and promise as the shepherd never faltered. He took responsibility and full accountability in darkness and in light. The steady foundation of mountain spiritually connected to his promise as a shepherd. The main at Christ's feet and by his side walking the narrow path. St. John Vianney. The devil's enemy.

What in the world is going on. There's 15 million J's in the world. A lot of them are very disorded people in a disordered false religion. Yet our Catholic Bishops are obsessed with them. They always talk about them. It's all so tiresome.

Something I noticed as an atheist and coming back to God was this type of thing. When you live life rejecting God and disordered from His creation, you get disorder. The Bible is obviously littered with these stories, but just look around. Being gay for example is disordered, and leads to a compounding of disorder mentally, spiritually and physically. It brings disease, higher rates of suicide, can lead to the next step of becoming trans, etc. This is why you see all these “Silvermans” writing insanely backwards and disordered things like this.

How can you be a cop and so physically useless? It makes zero sense to me. It puts yourself, your partner, and everyone around you in danger. He barely was able to stand up after initially being on the ground. If this cop fell over in a wave pool he might not be able to get back up.

Yea Indians are probably 40m deep in the US now. You can go to any corner of the US and they are there. Not just one or two, but many. National parks? Flooded with them. Local costco? Way too many. The deportations are all a ruse. Trump hasn't even put the smallest dent in them, but will act like he's king of deportations. The only real course of action would be to end all visas. Then deport en masse from illegals to overstayed visas. Then you have to jail any company's CEO and hiring staff for ever knowingly hiring illegals. Things will change very very quickly.
